What are your promos?We have our B1T1 promo, where your 2nd night is FREE, that are valid on dates landing on Mon-Wed / Wed-Fri / Sun-Tue. We also have our 50% Off Weekend Promo, where your 2nd night is 50% OFF, that are valid on dates landing on Fri-Sun / Sat-Mon.

How do I book/reserve?You must send a downpayment of at least 50% of your total condo fee to our GCash numbers or BDO account once we have confirmed the availability of your desired booking.

What are the Guest/Entrance Fees?Guest/Entrance Fees are one-time fees paid per head. These fees are good for 7 days. These fees include entrance to the resort, access to Pico Beach and the Country Club Pool, Pool Lockers, Shuttle Service, etc.

What are VIP units?These are our units with our special furnishings and inclusions. They are not part of any promos.
